It is possible that you may have a viral infection, this is the most common reason for the acute/recent onset of these symptoms.

The exact nature of the virus is not known since there are no other symptoms at this stage but one of the most common is the flu virus.

At this stage, the treatment would be symptom directed eg rest, fluids and the use of pain medication to help with the aches and pains eg ibuprofen or naproxen etc

As additional symptoms develop then other meds can be added to address the additional symptoms.

If you feel very unwell, you should consider seeing your doctor for an assessment
