Question: I am always cold it is not they i feel cold when others feel warm i just feel colder than they do. I am also more resistant to heat than they are is there a way to change this? As well as this i tend to have nose bleeds a lot more often than others. For normal reasons such as too much heat or lack of water but it happens very often during summer

Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Noted your history well.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Does the nose bleed occur during summer only or in other seasons too?
Is it few drops or a lot of bleeding?
How is the bleeding controlled when it occurs?
Does the bleeding occurs from front or goes back to throat also when in sitting position (when nose bleeds)?
Do you mean whole body feeling cold or running nose as cold?
What is weight and height? Overall fat mass meaning are you slim with least skin fat?

Awaiting for your feedback .

It occurs in all seasons but more often is summer
It can range in length sometimes it takes a while others it is simply a couple drops
I either tip my head backwards or put some tissue in my nose
It sometimes goes back but more often than not it is a regular nose bleed
It is often my whole boy that feels cold but my nose in particular goes red really easily
I am around 170cm fairly skinny with low fat

As discussed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your detailed feedback.
As per the history you have provided the problem looks to be related to small blood vessels getting ruptured on its own in the anterior (front) part of nasal septum. This area is called Little's area and is the commonest site for nosebleed.
This can be confirmed by nasal examination, preferably by nasal endoscopy. As per the condition, this can be treated with local treatment by an ENT Surgeon by cauterization and many a times gives permanent solution.
Till then you can do a simple maneuver: When the nosebleed starts put both your thumbs on nasal XXXXXXX (the flared part) compressing on the nasal septum and keep in this position for 5 to 7 minutes - breathing through the mouth.
Most of the times the bleeding stops completely. The pressure should be on the whole soft part of nose.
Most of the people with low fat/skinny can not tolerate cold as there is no fat coat which works the best thermal insulation for the body, hence the problem in your case.

I hope this answers your query, helps you well.
Please give feedback once you do the maneuver in next nose bleed.
It is always best to consult an ENT for proper evaluation, ENT Endoscopy and other tests like CT scan or so if needed to rule out any other serious disease that can cause nosebleeds.

Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Noted your additional query.
Such nodule is either Teno-synovitis or a granuloma or a ganglion.
Ultrasound may help to know the exact nature and some of these may be removed and cured.
Please post clear and focused photos of the nodule.
A simple test is to see the swelling against pointed light in dark and see if illuminates or not.
If the light is passing through to illuminate then this is ganglion and can be treated.
Orthopedic Surgeon can help you better.

I hope this helps you further.

Brief Answer:
local injection may help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the great snaps. I can see.
This looks to be due to fibrosis or organized hematoma.
Please consult an Orthopedic Surgeon.
This may resolve on local steroid injection.

I hope this answer helps you further.
