Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have read your query and viewed the image.

You seem to have eczematous dermatitis. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. I would also suggest an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week besides a week of oral Prednisolone. Topically you may use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream or mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance

Brief Answer:
Regarding topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Was the contact sensitivity to topical cortisone confirmed with a patch test?
Mometasone furoate is from a different group of topical steroids than hydrocortisone and in addition to that, it has the least sensitization potential among topical steroids.

take care
