Brief Answer:
Probably the symptoms are related to side effects of the NSAIDS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the NSAIDS.

These medications, may reduce the blood's ability to clot and cause bruising or bleeding under the skin.

I would suggest to avoid taking them regularly.

To reduce the arthritis pain, try to use ice compresses, and do regular exercises.

I also recommend taking vitamin K supplement and use vitamin K cream for local
application in the bruising area.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
