Brief Answer:
Chronic gastritis can be possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and based on provided history it can be gastritis like inflammation of gastric mucosa.

For that, you can be prescribed antacid like Pantoprazole or Rabeprazole twice daily.

Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy foods, smoking, excess tea, and coffee, etc. Please avoid any stressful events for the time being.

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing the stomach.

Avoid intake of heavy fatty meals.

If no improvement than USG abdomen scan, test for h. Pylori and endoscopy can be planned as per need after the physical examination.

So, the primary mode of management, you can start with the antacid. Please also discuss all these with your treating physician.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,
Welcome back to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and below is my advise.

In previous history you have mentioned pain in stomach area and midline. So it points towards gastritis pain.

For that antacid can be taken for one week.

Meanwhile gastric irritants can be avoided as mentioned in previous answer.

To exclude urinary tract infection and blood in urine you should get evaluated with urine routine microscopic analysis report.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,
Welcome back to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The blood in urine is not always matter to worry. Usually in most of patient it can be due to urinary tract infection.

So your first investigation to be done is urine routine microscopic examination to check for presence of pus cells and bacteria which indicate urinary tract infection.

If urine routine microscopic examination report normal then pelvis ultrasonography can be done for further work up.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
