Hi

Detailed Answer:

Hello
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Well could be a sensitive stomach aggravated by stress and anxiety.
But need to rule out other problems presenting as sudden severe pain like a stone or appendix or rarely gall bladder pain (but these usually are severe, associated with vomiting, fever, urinary symptoms which you do not have) worthwhile getting an sonography done if your physician feels so after examining you to rule out these issues.
Also try following things which will help you in long run to control your symptoms and stress
1. eat on time
2 exercise regularly
3 develop some hobbies
4 go for regular walk
5 sleep adequately for 8 hrs
6 avoid stress
7 avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
8 avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
9 ensure you don't get constipation as it itself can trigger some abdominal pain
10 do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques

all this will help you in long run.
hope this answers your query.
happy to help
wish you a speedy recovery.

hi

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the query.

Good to hear pain is gone.

Complete relief of pain and absence of the symptoms (come and go) as I mentioned to you above makes diagnosis of appendix, stone unlikely.

Best wishes, take care
