Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to assure you that the symptoms which you are experiencing are more likely due to your high stress and anxiety levels related to your body weight.

As your previous cardiac checkup was normal so the possibility of having a heart disease at your age group is minimal.

Anxiety or stress increases the sympathetic tone of a body which ultimately triggers the heartrate thereby causing palpitations.

I would like to suggest you to start following proper healthy lifestyle routine which includes daily exercise for a minimum period of 35 minutes along with healthy dietary habits.

Also it will be really helpful if you start practising toga or meditation as that will help you combat your anxiety.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
