Question: I am 74 years old male. Suffering from toe stiffness, numbness, pain in fore foot and burning occasionally. Kindly suggest what I can do to over come. I do exercise in the morning for 1 hr every day ( 6.00 AM to 7.00 AM ) using all joints toe, ankle, knee, hip, shoulders, neck, sit up, push up, dhanurasana etc.
