I Am 32 Year Old Female.I Got A Suddent Onset
Question: I am 32 year old female.I got a suddent onset of respiratory trouble since Dec 2018.My prominent symptoms have been dry persistent cough, chest pain and tightness, shortness of breadth, muscle weakness. feeling breadthless with shortest of activities.Since March the symptoms have progressed a lot.

By your history and description, possibility of bronchitis is more likely.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).

hello doc.Thanks for your response.I am already on the bronchodialators you have mentioned.i have attached my chest xray reports.I am going to do dresh pft tomorrow.also i have attached my echo reports. i have been asked to nebulization as well that has given some relief.however before that most of the days were troublesome.
