Question: I am 32 year , Male , Height 6ft 2 inch , Weight 86 kg
I got fever on 20th September 2020 : initially in the morning it was around 99.5 but reached 101.5 till evening
Fever with little chills and no other symtoms. I visited the doctor who prescribed me 5 days antiobiotic twice daily course with paracetamol 600 mg thrice daily . Temperature came down gradually with 100.5 degree on next day and 99.5 on subesequent day and finally on third day it became normal.

NO OTHER SYMTOMS WERE THERE like throat problem , cough , nothing else , temperature used to increase at night.

Although I have no symtoms since but sometimes I feel little feverish for short amount of time once or twice in a day but when I check on thermometer, temperature comes out to be normal.

So , I went for complete body blood check up on 12th October 2020…report of which I AM ATTACHING .
Please go through it and tell me the solution

P.S : I have long hour sitting job with night shifts alternate weeks for last 4 months

Brief Answer:
Cholesterol are slightly higher

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Your fever episode may be a simple viral fever and none of the blood investigation suggests nothing wrong related to the fever.
Nothing much to worry and the symptoms will settle by itself within few days.
Your cholesterol level are slightly above the normal range, as of now reduce the intake of fat and oily foods and do routine physical exercises. You can repeat the test after six weeks and check whether the high cholesterol persists or not.
Few vitamins are also on the lower side, include more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Over the counter available multivitamin tablets can be taken. You have to quit sedentary life style and should lead a healthy life.
Thanks

SIR Thanks for your reply
Last year october 2019 , i had the test for vitamin d , B12 and cholestrol the result came out to be
Vitamin D : 8
Vitamin B12 : 167
Cholestrol : 230
Doctor prescribed me oral dosage for vitamin b12 daily for A MONTH and vitamin D for month , once a week
But still Vitamin B12 is ever decreasing and Vitamin D didnt came to optimal level . so my query is

1. Why the above problem persists even after medication last year for month ?

2. How much time i have take supplements for vitamin to make it come to normal level ?

3. Do you prescribe me medication for my cholestrol and triglycerides problem ?

4. i am in good shape and weight and try to eat home food only sir , but do take heavy meals at time and sometimes skip that to , does it effect my cholestrol level ?

Brief Answer:
One month treatment is not enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
One month treatment is not enough for correction.
As the vitaminD and B12 are very much on the lower side, you have to supplement it for six to twelve months. Include vitamin rich foods as well. B12 deficiency is more common among vegetarians.
As of now you can try dietary changes and exercises to bring down the cholesterol level, we usually do not start drugs directly, if high cholesterol persists drugs like statins may be required.
Proper dietary habit is essential to prevent lifestyle diseases.
