Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Look your lipid profile is abnormal, means bad cholesterol and bad lipids are high in your body, which is very much harmful in long term.
Now first thing is, you should keep your body weight and BMI within normal limits.
I don't know what is your weight and height but you can calculate your BMI with the help of your body weight and height.
You can find formula to calculate BMI online so calculate your body BMI.
It should be below 25. If you are not willing to keep your BMI under 25 or not able to keep your BMI under 25 or even after keeping your BMI under 25 your Lipid profile remains abnormal, then you need to start tablets like statins and fenofibrate.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
