I AM SUFFERING FROM ITCHING,BURNING SENSATION AND PAIN RED BLUMPS,
Question: I AM SUFFERING FROM ITCHING,BURNING SENSATION AND PAIN RED BLUMPS, DRY RED SKIN AND INFLAMATION ON UPPER THIGHS SINCE LAST 5-6 YEARS AND I REGULARLY USE FORE DRUM OINMENT,THIS CURE MY PROBLEM FOR 10-15 DAYS AND THE SAME PROBLEM COME BACK.IN LAST THREE MONTHS I TRY ITRACEL 200CAPSULES AND CZ-3 TABLET REGULARLY BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE AND AFTER STOP USE OF ABOVE MEDICINE FOR 15 DAYS THE SAME PROBLEM IS STATY AGAIN, PLEASE ADVICE ME

The fungal infection actually comes back with a vengeance.
I suggest you take oral Terbinafine 250mg for at least 6-8 weeks. In addition, I suggest you use a topical antifungal e.g either Ketoconazole 2% cream or Oxiconazole nitrate 1% cream, twice daily for a few weeks.
Unlike Fourderm cream, these are prescription medications, therefore I suggest you visit a doctor in your vicinity for the needful and follow up after 2- 3 weeks to see how the treatment is working. Inadequate duration of treatment is a very common cause of relapse.
You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Levocetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
