Brief Answer:
Have to stop. Not even once

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Breast feeding is recommended only till 2 years.
Continuing after that will give no benefit to the child and infact can weaken mothers body.
I would advice you to stop breast feeding altogether . Dont give even if he cries for it.
Few tips I recommend to such mothers
1. Stay away from the child. Let someone else sleep in the room at night.
Separation will make your child adjust .
He may not sleep well for a few days but will adjust soon.
2. Try a good dinner with oil and ghee to make his tummy full.
3. Try diverting by going out to terrace or for a walk if he is too fussy.
Wishing you all good health
Regards
