Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you seem to be having fungal infection of the nails.
You need to take a course of oral antifungals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 200 mg twice daily for 1 week in one month.
These needs to be continued for atleast 3-4 months.
Oral antifungals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
