Question: Hi, my name is XXXX I am 23. I have a family history of diabetes. My entire family on my mothers side has it. Should I get tested?

you just get your fasting plasma glucose and if normal, keep checking every year.
Start lifestyle management at early age, it prevents the risk of diabetes for you .
Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and fiber rich diet.
Do exercise, play which definitely helps.
