How To Switch From Primolut N To Cerazette?

Question: I had heavy painful periods for many years. Went for a procedure, got removed there big polyps. Doctor recommended 'cerazette' for Six months to stop periods to treat endometriosis if any. Now on Primolut n, how to switch over to cerazette? It starts bleeding when stop Primolut n and start cerazette. Ambreen
