Brief Answer:
Seems like an irritation hair follicle which was aggravated physically

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and attached images with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. It seems more like an irritated hair follicle which has been scratched or has faced friction from clothing or inner wear, and has resulted in the current presentation.

So it does seem to be more of a lesion, and not a bite. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
A few recommendations to follow; it should be fine in no time

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Here are my suggestions:

+The most important step is to apply a warm compress over the region 2-3 times a day for about 15 minutes each time. This will improve circulation and thus help reduce swelling and promote healing
+Apply a topical antibiotic over the region (e.g. neomycin) which will be easily available over-the-counter about 3 times a day. This will prevent any infections
+Wear comfortable clothing
+Avoid inner wear for a few days if it overlaps the region and causes friction
+Do not cover the region with a dressing or bandaid
+Try to keep the region clean and dry at all times
+It might get a little itchy at times, but please do try your best not to scratch or rub the region

The presentation should subside in a few days time, so do not worry and keep me updated for any further guidance. I wish you a speedy and complete recovery. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
