Hello,

I also reviewed the attached photo. I see through the photo that some cool asphalt has remained in the leg. You should brush it away to avoid further damage. Then you should wash the skin with warm water for 20 minutes to take away cement residue.

Some other advice that I can give for further treatment are:
- Wash the area of the blister daily with antibacterial soap. Do not scrub the area as it may rupture the blisters.
- Use antibiotic ointment daily like Neosporin. Apply enough quantity so as to keep the area moist.
- Cover it with a sterile gauze. Repeat this process daily.
- For the pain you can use Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
