How To Remove 1+ RBC And 1+WBC From Urine?

Question: I am a 70 yr .old female 5ft 7" and 175. I walk at least 10,000 steps each morning trying to improve health and lose wt. For the past 6 month I have had from a trace to 1+ RBC's and 1+ WBC's in my urine. No discomfort, urine culture neg. for pathogens. Is this normal? The PA I see told me this was expected at my age. Is there anything I can do to clear this from the urine?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been detected to have 1+ RBC and 1+WBC reported on your routine urine analysis.

These are the normal findings and in absence of any urinary symptoms has no clinical significance at all.

Please ensure to drink more water (2.5 to 3 litres) per day to keep your urine dilute and free from getting any infection.
