The best way to do is to not take the
stress.
We all have work pressure but we should not take it so much that it starts causing problem.
You should just work hard.
Official Politics and clashes should be avoided. As it is seen that in most cases, the cause of official/workplace stress is Local Politics.
Also take time for your recreational activities like Exercising,
Yoga,
Meditation, Playing.
I don't recommend any medications for this purpose, until and unless it is really affecting your health by causing problem in sleep, causing
anxiety and headache.
If you have any serious problem caused by stress, give me details of that so that we can discuss the medication part.
