The best way to handle stress would be through regular physical exercises and following meditation or yoga.

Regular physical exercises like brisk walking will help in improving both physical and mental fitness. As it will increase the oxygen supply to the brain keeping you fresh and active. This will give you strength to cope with stress.

Meditation or yoga will improve the thinking capabilities and will keep you calm and stress free.

Along with these follow:
1. Consume meals at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and fatty foods.
2. Consume plenty of water (min 2 to 3 lts/day). A glass of water an hour before and after meals with make sure intake of adequate quantity.
3. Consume fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits.
4. Converse with your well wishers frequently. As this would calm you down.
