Question: I am 28 yrs old and my weight is 46kg and height 5.4'. I have lil bulging belly despite of slim body structure. I do not have face any issues like constipation,abdominal pain or kidney disorder and/or any other health related issues. But guess this is coz of high consumption of pizza (cheese etc) in last few months.

I wanted to know about 'reducing belly fats'. I tried having only fruits, oats and high fiber food but it only reduces my weight rather than tummy. Pls suggest

For your weight and height, your body mass index is coming to be 17.4. It means that you are underweight. Your weight should be 51 kg to be considered as not underweight. The belly is protruding because there are organs inside like intestines, liver, spleen, etc. And the belly fat does not go away so easily. It is mostly meant to protect these organs inside.


To increase your weight you should take a healthy and regular diet. You should take at least 3 - 4 proper meals and snacks 4 times a day. You will also need to take high calorie foods like cheese, butter, ghee, cream, ice cream, sweets etc until your weight is normal.
