Question: Sir, I dont Drink Alcohol, Dont eat Non Veg; but i am gaining body weight, Pls. suggest me a best practice to reduce my weight

Dear Sir,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that wight goes by simple maths . If you create a deficit of 3500 cal then you will lose 1 kg weight .start with reducing 250 calories everyday . Keep small targets .

You must have seen lot of diet plans and exercise regimens already . I will advise you to start taking oats at least twice a day . Reduce your sugar intake tremendously . Stop taking soft drinks or tea or coffee with sugar .

Have 1 plate of salad daily and drink 1 glass of lukewarm water 1 hour before every meal that will fill your stomach and help you have the satiety . Exercise at least half an hour 5 days a week is recommended.

These tips will help you reduce and maintain your weight.
