Brief Answer:
It is a lifestyle disease. You have the risk factors.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the reports. Let me mention that high cholesterol may run in families and may lead to cardiac disease. Moreover, it can have direct association with high amount of dietary fat intake as well as with a sedentary lifestyle where active exercise is lacking. It is a lifestyle disease and you have all these risk factors which can contribute to your raised cholesterol level. Since you mention that you had similar results 10 years back, you should have started medication in order to reduce your risk of heart disease.

I would suggest you to cut down on the ghee intake, include regular exercise as well as regular medication to be able to control your cholesterol levels.

Hope that helps.
