Brief Answer:
General measures advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
You can very well start with both diet and exercise.
Best will be to visit a dietician and join a regular gym with personal trainer.
But in case you cannot access either of these here are some salient points you can opt -
- go for walk at least for 45 minutes a day
- cycling will be a very effective and good exercise
- avoid sugar candies and chocolates and even sugar in tea or milk
- avoid potatoes and rice and least cut on them
- avoid excess of tea and coffee
- avoid XXXXXXX litchi, chickoo and grapes
- avoid water after 7 pm but increase water intake in day time.
In case you have other questions I will be glad to answer.
Regards
Dr Manisha
