How To Lighten Dark Lips?

Question: Hi XXXX here,,,,,,

I have a problem with my lips.....
My upper lips are dark and lower lips are half red n rest is dark .... I have tried multiple natural ways to lighten it which didn't helped me.......

I never smoke neither I consume alcohol but though I have a problem of a darken lips...
Please help if any surgery can make my lips lighten ....
