Brief Answer:
Natural sources to be prefered, watching out for balance

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Electrolytes are many and significant ones are potassium, calcium, sodium and chloride etc. There is no harm in building electrolytes but overbalance is also an imbalance and may have sequelaes specially with potassium at this age could be lethal.

So i would suggest good to take fruits, vegetables, natural products rich in electrolytes like potatoes, halibuts, yogurts, pistachio, salmon, chicken breasts, tuna, milk, lentils, banana, winter squash and sea foods etc are all rich sources of electrolytes specially potassium. Keep an eye on your serum electrolytes levels and stick to natural sources. If you need a complete list of foods rich in electrolytes, you should consult a dietitian and they will guide you in this regard.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
