How To Improve Digestion?

default
Posted on Tue, 13 May 2014
Question: I don't digest some fats well and would like to improve my digestion of them. It's probably a weak liver & gall bladder. I do tend to have bland foods so maybe some complementary foods and sauce / salsa / drink accompaniments would strengthen it. The foods too fatty which produce pimples quickly are : a pork chop with the visible fat trimmed, macadamia nuts, a tablespoon of avocado, and I gave up on any coconut a long time ago. Good fats which do not cause problems are many : olive oil, sesame oil, peanuts, legumes, pecans, cashews, beef, lamb, seafoods, rice XXXXXXX I have a tendency to dehydration also so ceylon tea and coffee are out.

Brief Answer: Nyou need a complete digestive examination Detailed Answer: hello and thank you for asking HCM, I understand your problem since it is affecting your daily life. Regarding your question, you have already changed your nutrition on a very good way, to intake as many good fats as you can. But, my opinion is that you should check your digestive system together with your liver and pancreas function. If there is no improvement with your food change, you will have trouble with your digestion as long as you have problems with your digestive function. My suggestion is to visit your GP and make blood tests to evaluate the function of your dygestive system and take stool samples to see how severe is your bad fat absorption. Only when you discover your inner problems, you can solve this problem with appropriate medical therapy, cause you tried all good nutrition ways. I hope this answer was helpful to you.

Brief Answer: here is the list of food which will help Detailed Answer: Hello and thank you for your respond. I studied your question and these products are good for digestion: - food rich with fiber - oats, barley instead of pasta for example - use flaxseed - for example on salads or other meal - drink green tea - walnuts and almonds: walnuts are one of the best non-fish sources of omega-3 fatty acids, and almonds provide an extra benefit in the form of bone-building calcium - apples and pears - They all contain flavonoids, natural chemicals in plant foods that may have fat-fighting effects - use canola and olive oil Try to use this listed food in your regular daily meals. I hope this will help you. This food contains omega 3 fat which help your digestive system. Drink also a lot of fluids, especially water, green tea or squeezed unsweetened juices. Start your day with a glass of water in which you squeeze half a lemon. This also helps your digestive system. I hope this answer was helpful to you.
