How To Get Rid Of Scars On Forehead?

Question: Hello Doctor,

I met an accident when i was around 15 years old. I have got a scar mark of stiches I had, on my forehead.

Just wanted to know , is there any way to get that removed?

You are worried about the scar on the forehead right?? I have seen horizontal scar on forehead.

Yes we could do a scar revision with multiple Z plasties for it.

The scar will reduce by 70-80%. The depression and the darkness will go but you will still have some lines which will be seen.

We can do it under local anaesthesia and sutures will be out after 5 days.

For the nose you will require a full rhinoplasty to correct the deviation.

Also could there be any side-effects of this?
And what would be the approximate cost of this?

no... there is no way to eliminate the scar. the scar is the cement between the two ends.

we will give you some creams later on to reduce te scarring but some lines will still be seen.

approximate costing would be @. 7500/-
