Brief Answer:
Acne vulgaris

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back..

Thanks for sending photo. I read history and saw photo you sent. It is acne vulgaris.
I can understand your concern for spots after healing of the acne lesions. But, first acne lesions should be healed. And we should try to prevent new lesions. Please avoid stress and anxiety related to acne and post acne pigmentation.

I would like to suggest following tips to enhance healing of acne lesions and to prevent development of new lesions...

- cap minocycline 50 mg daily in morning on empty stomach
- zinc tablet like tab prozink one at night
- apply adapalene gel on lesions at night
- apply clindamycine gel on lesions in morn
- cleansing the face with antiseptic like acmed face wash
- have patience
- take treatment under observation of dermatologist for 3 to 6 months

After clearance of lesions, if you have pigmented spots, then have treatment as follow...

- apply kojic acid containing gel on spots daily at night
- cleanse the face with glycolic acid and kojic acid containing facewash
- tab containing glutathion and tab vitamin C may be taken daily for long time.
- have nutritious food and good sleep
- avoid tension and be positive

I hope this would be helpful in managing your acne lesions ans post acne pigmentation...

Wishing you healthy life.

Thanks.
