Brief Answer:
Some suggestions for a healthy pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. It is normal to feel tired during pregnancy but I understand your concern for your friend. There are a number of ways she can ensure she remains healthy during her pregnancy.
Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. At least 2 litres per day. Take regular rest breaks and with feet raised to reduce swelling. Ensure at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Get hemoglobin checked regularly and take iron tablets if recommended by her doctor.
Practice relaxation techniques and be careful about what medications she takes during pregnancy.
I hope these suggestions are helpful. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
