Question: I am aged 49,and Diabetic with Hba1c around 8.9.Having fatty liver with SGPT 82,SGOT 52,choletsrol 187,triglycerdies 204.Random Blood sugar 233.I am on diamicron XR 60,and Oakmet 500 both 1 tab dialy,and on LIV 52 @ 2 tab,both in the morning and night. pleas advise me.Can i change the medicines for Sugar control,as i am taking this for a long time since 7 years.My blood sugar level doesnt reduce below this level.Pl advise

creatinine 0.9 mg and lipid profile :- HDL 41.2, LDL 116,VLDL 40.9, Cholstrol/HDL ratio 4.5.
For metformin tablet :- please suggest the name.

5. tab udiliv 300mg, 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner
6. tab Recovit NP , 1 after dinner.
