Thank you doctor for you reply. I went for a scan 1day after i took misoprostol 800mcg. The scan is normal. No pregnancy seen. Endometrial thickness 7mm. Ovaries normal. I am a bit confused as to how my usg was normal. Had bleeding from the day 4 onwards. Normal bleeding. At present only spotting. Do i need another scan after 14days?? When can i start taking ocps??

Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Spotting is due to small pieces of Endometrial tissue and nothing else.

You can start OCP today.

There is nothing to worry.
