Brief Answer:
Hello, yes you can conceive.

Detailed Answer:
Dear.
Polycystic ovarian syndrome is common nowadays in girls and can be treated with medicines and weight loss.
Since ovaries can still produce ova in PCOS, only they do not get mature enough to be fertilized. But with continueing treatment and loosing some weight , fine ova can be produced and can get fertilized .
The best process to get to know about ovulation occurance can be checking fluid secreted from 10th to 20th date of menses period.
As before ovulation and after menses the fluid tends to be thin and nonsticky. And if ovulation occurs , the secretion becomes like egg white and tends to be stretched and sticky. It is the sign of that ovulation has occured and estrogen level has increased.

Hope I answered your question. You may ask further if you have more questions to ask.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation days are unpredictable.

Detailed Answer:
Ovulation happens once in every menstural cycle, and this usually happen 12 to 16 days before your next period starts. Accordingly if some one has irregular menstrual cycle, days of ovulation becomes highly unpredictable. If you have regular menstrual period, then I will be able to predict the fertile window period +/- ovulation days provided you give me the expected period dates or usual length of menstrual cycle.

Checking cervical mucus secretions (as described in my previous answer) is one way to know ovulation days. Similarly, you may use ovulation predictor kits to identify your fertile window. And regular intercourse on these fertile days will improve chances of pregnancy.
However ,it can be tricky to pinpoint ovulation using this method.

In the nutshell,
1. Ovulation days, thereby fertile window period are highly unpredictable especially if one has irregular menstrual dates.
2. I will suggest you to check cervical mucous secretions consistency to learn about probable ovulation. Ovulation predictor kit is an additional tool which you can use to identify ovulation days.
3. Regular sexual intercourse atleast on alternate days after Feb 16th will have better fruitful results provided your next menstrual period naturally falls after 24th.
4. What ever is the outcome of this trial, I strongly recommend you check with your gynecologist / infertility specialist and discuss subsequent management.

Hopefully I answered your question. You may ask further ,if you have more questions to ask.

Brief Answer:
17th to 20th day which falls between feb 21st to feb 24th.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Well, we cannot predict the precise fertile period ,especialy if someone has PCOS. But from the details of your previous menstrual cycle, your most fertile period will fall between 17th to 20th day after your period date. As your last menstrual period was on 4th February, regular sexual intercourse after 16th (especially between 21st to 25th) improves chances of fertilization. That being said, there is no 100% effective tool to suggest that fertilization will occur.

Since its been two months ,you have been diagnosed with PCOS, I would suggest that take your medicines on time and follow your treating doctor accordingly. You need follicular scans and blood tests to improve chances of becoming a mother in future.

PCOS doesn't always results in infertility; but it can cause significant hurdles. It is matter of patience. So avoid stress and anxiety and follow your treating doctor accordingly.

Hopefully I answered your question.
Wish you best of health.

Brief Answer:
missed period is one of pregnancy signs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Welcome again..
As ovulation day can not be predicted by having bleeding or menses. And missed period not the bleeding per vaginum is the sign of pregnancy.
Sometime hormonal disbalance can cause early or delayed periods.
I would suggest you to get checked by your gynaecologist and discuss further.

Hopefully I answered your question. You may ask further , if you have more questions to ask.

Brief Answer:
Chances are there but less.

Detailed Answer:

Hello dear..

Chances of pregnancy are there but it is less since you had intercourse 3 days before. It is not nil, so don't worry. However, to rule out positive pregnancy ,you may get urine test done at home . Since urine stick test has chances of false negative or positive test, so to confirm you may get pregnancy sonography test done and discuss with your gynaecologist.

Wish you best of health.

Brief Answer:
It is natural process.which can not be modified.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Having baby girl or baby boy is natural process of fertilization .
Prior to conception ,the unfertilized egg carries an X chromosome while the sperm can carry either an X or a Y chromosome. If the sperm carrying an X chromosome fertilizes the egg , a girl is conceived and if the sperm carrying a Y chromosome fertilizes the egg ,a boy will be conceived.
