Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can use the body mass index (BMI).

This calculates the weight for particular height. There are BMI calculators or it can be calculated manually by dividing the weight (in kg) by the height (in m, squared)

BMI less than 18.5- underweight

18.5- 24.9- normal weight
25-29.9- over weight
over 30- obese

Your BMI , based on your weight of 165 and height of 5 ft 5in is 27.5.

To reach a BMI of 24.9 (which would be in the normal weight), your weight would have to be 149 pnds.

To have your BMI within the 18.5 to 24.9 range, your weight would have to be between 110 t0 149 pounds.

Up to 149 pounds is within normal.
