Question: What can I do to make my skinny hands and legs look bigger and even my ankles because I can not put on short skirts or gowns because of my skinny legs and ankles and can not also put on wrist what because my wrist and arms are too small filled with vains . so doctor what can i do to make all this things perfect?

Thanks for writing to us.
From your description it looks like you have little muscle mass in hands and legs.
To improve them look bigger and to avoid veins seeing on skin
1. Increase protein in the food. Eggs and chicken and pulses are a good source of protein. Take them regularly everyday if possible
2. Workout including walking swimming and cycling atleast 30 minutes daily which will improve muscle buildup.
3. Avoid junk foods and stick to healthy snacks
4. Avoid skipping meals.
5. Plenty of water intake atleast 3 litres per day.
