Brief Answer:
If your wife is comfortable you can have sex in missionary position

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX,

Thanks for writing to us.

In C -section vagina does not hurt so sex point of view she should be likely comfortable after 1 month. She has period before 4 days.

If she is ready and want to have sex you can go for that.

Take following precautions:

- Do it in missionary position (you are on top). In this you have to do the movement for excitement.Take care that no heavy pressure should be applied on her abdomen.

- Begin slowly and move ahead gradually. At any time if she feels discomfort or pain, stop the act and try next day if she is comfortable.

- Use condom if possible until menstrual cycle become regularize from contraception point of view.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
