Brief Answer:
Diagnosis: Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank you for trusting us.

Burning pain during urination is concerning for possible urinary tract infection. I understand that he has been on antibiotics recently. But if the bacteria causing the urinary infection is resistant to Levofloxacin, there is a definite possibility of UTI.
Urine analysis, culture, and sensitivity can confirm the diagnosis. The culture and sensitivity results can guide the antibiotic choice too.
Please be advised to follow up with the urgent care/primary provider for confirmation of diagnosis.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of water and take Tylenol for pain/fever.

Hope this answers your question
