In scanning report is is mentioned that CORTICO MEDULLARY DEFERENTIATION IZ POORLY MAINTAINED IN RIGHT KIDNEY,,
CREATININE IS 8.2 mg/DL..... dialysis started.....is dialysis co.pulsory pls suggest
Find out doctor says that we want to make the biopsy of right kidney so we are suggested to go to NIMS Hospital at XXXXXXX

The functional status of his kidneys are very bad indicated by high creatinine value (normal being.7 to 1.4).
Dialysis is mandatory to maintain the body function otherwise he will end up in serious complications.
Biopsy is advised to find out the cause for this sudden worsening.
Loss of cortico medullary differentiation is nothing but a medical term indicates poor status of kidney.
