Like I said in my earlier answer, there is nothing known as "unhealthy that I am aware of, provided the sexual exposure involves known partner. With an unknown partner, if the sexual exposure is protected, it's still alright.

One might get sick only after unprotected sexual exposure (any form) with unknown partner. If the partner is known and he/she is medically healthy, then all form of sexual exposure can be considered as healthy.

I think you need to a behavioral change here. In my opinion sexual intercourse should be practiced for pleasure and gratifications. It shouldn't be performed for records. With this context I would like to ask why would you want to try for a third or a fourth ejaculation when the intercourse isn't pleasurable.

Nature has specific design for human body. With regards to sexual intercourse nature design is that sensitivity of penile nerves reduce after every ejaculation which in turn delays the next ejaculation. Therefore it is quite natural that you will have delayed ejaculation after every ejaculation.

In short, it isn't unhealthy to have multiple ejaculation. But it isn't as pleasurable and sexually gratifying to have multiple ejaculation. Only on rare occasions troubles and straining involved to ejaculate multiple times might cause muscle pain or testicular torsion.
