No amount of swelling is considered normal after a bee sting.

The swelling is half way up my forearm, and it's still painful even after 4 doses of benadryl and 800 mg of motrin. My hand is very puffy to the point that I can't make a fist. Can there be damage if the swelling continues or even gets worse?
