Brief Answer:
It depends on the severity of symptoms

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Asthalin contains salbutamol which relieves Airways spasm.
In severe condition it can be given at an interval of 30-60 minutes. When there is improvement in spasm it can be given 4-6 times a day.

I would like to know if you have consulted a pediatrician or you want to give it on your own.
I won't suggest nebulization without pediatrician's advice. Congestion can be due to spasm or associated infection also. Nebulization may relieve the symptom transiently but the underlying infection may worsen if not treated.
Salbutamol can cause fast heart beat and trembling also if given in high dosage.

Nebulization at home can be done occasionally (once or twice to relieve the symptoms) if there is past history of improvement in symptoms, if there is no fever, baby is otherwise active, taking feeds well and there is no significant breathing difficulty. If there is no improvement or there is any worsening in condition, a pediatrician should be consulted immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
