Question: As to lead a healthy life I am telling you my daily diet
Morning breakfast 500ml of milk with Kellogg corn flex
Two eggs and some break fast
Lunch one egg, rice dal and vegetable and fruits
Dinner normal and during sleep 500ml of milk
Sometimes I add to my daily diet chicken and evening almonds 10 piece daily
Is my diet is good.
And more important I daily sleep from night 12.30 pm to 7.30am morning
Is my diet and sleep I good for good health.
Also daily one hour use to do work out

As per my clinical experience, your diet is getting more caloric proportion from eggs, which should be curtailed to 2 eggs against 3 eggs.

In addition to that balance with cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits
will be worth.

Continue rest fine work out as already doing.

Madam for my daily protein need I use to take three eggs. Madam taking 6 to seven hour sleep is good

Also due to my work timings I usually used to do workout in night is it ok

Okay, you can carry on with your current regimen of 3 eggs with restriction of other dietary proteins to avoid any excess of it.

As far as work timings are concerned, you can work out at night also without any physical problems (but should avoid immediately after dinner).
