Brief Answer:
depends on extent of disease may be till age of 21

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern

pendure is a penicillin group of antibiotic which is given to prevent recurrence of rheumatic fever and it's complications

you are taking since 8 years and started at the age of 11 years then your age must be around 19 years.

I would like further information like detailed medical history with investigations like echocardiography to guide you better
because duration of injection depends upon the extent of disease; which has 3 possibilities

it can be given till 21 years of age if it has no complications

In case of heart valve disease it is given for at least 10 years since last episode and at least until age 40 years

in severe cases it may require a life long injection

so please upload us a complete medical history

i hope you will find my response relevant and informative please feel free to ask for more clarifications

wishing you good health

If all investigation comes normal then surely yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

thank you so much for your reply
I am glad to know that your all reports are normal

My answer is yes, if there is no residual damage like heart valve disease or joint problem then this can be stopped by the age of 21 years after thorough examination and all investigations by a cordiologist
