Brief Answer:
Lubricating eye drops

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for getting back to us.

Neomycin and Polymyxin are antibiotic drops and they prevent infection to the damaged outer layer. Lubricating drops are available as Refresh tears eye drops or Tears naturalee eye drop or Just tears eye drops. These are available in local pharmacies. They will also help in soothing the eyeas well as promoting healing.

With these questions you're given a day or two to get back to me for any explanation which I offered and you needed some further explaination.

Please continue with the drop you are using and put lubricators 1 to 2 hourly. It will take another 48 hours to show considerable improvement.

Please let me know how you stay.

Dear Kind Dr. N.K. Misra,
I rushed to the drug store. I found one Lubricating Eye drop bottle "that moisturizes its every blink" is what the box says. and "relief with every blink".
You said to put drops every hour. I can do this, but do I have to set my alarm at night time to make sure I put drops at night every hour on the hour as well? Please advise. My eyes are improving and next question--
In my concern about my eyes, doctor, I put my eye medication down somewhere at home and I can't find it. I will keep looking. Do you have any suggestions? Can I use the lubricating eye drops until Monday when I can ask the doctor for another prescription? In the meantime I will keep looking. Another question the instructions on the eye drop is to do it every hour. What about at night? do I need to set alarm clock? Thank you so much for helping me with this. Will wait to hear from you. Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Lubricating drops not needed at night.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for getting back to me.
You don't have to set your alarm.Put it every hour when you are up and you will be good. This drop alone is all that is needed and for the time being do not worry about the lost bottle and I am sure you will find it by Monday.Do not loose your sleep by setting an alarm. What you can do is put it every half hour for two hours then settle back to an hourly schedule. It doesn't have to be hourly by the clock, but an approximate idea to have about 10 to 12 times a day. When there are no further queries you can rate this answer.
