Question: Am now 8 months postpartum. Hw long shall I use belt to reduce my tummy. Am doing exercises in home. What type of workouts are best effective to tighten my tummy? Pls suggests a good tummy tucking belt

Let me emphasize on the fact that use of such belts would not help in reducing the additional fat and what you actually need is post partum exercise which ideally should have begun right after delivery. The use of belt is like applying talcum powder on your face in order to look fair; in reality it will not make any difference to your complexion.

Visit a physical therapist and learn the exercises that should help. Thereafter, continue to exercise daily.

Google out for 'post partum exercises', 'postpartum exercise techniques' and 'straight leg raising' and you should get enough guidance on the matter. Thanks a lot. Ok sir will Google out and find the workouts and continue. Straight leg raises of single leg or double legs. Will u pls suggest some other workout names too. Shall I wear belt for support or don't. Shall I wear belt while working out.
