Brief Answer:
No - chances of getting infected is neglisible

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
If you are diagnosed as positive for Chlamydia and started antibiotics, continue and complete the course. You have to treat your partner too with the complete course of antibiotics.

The bacteria can't survive for long over non living things like tooth brush, tables, wash basin, cloths etc.bacteria required Appropriate Ph,Temperature,Nutrients and other media for its survival.

So if you had used the same tooth brush which you had used it after oral sex, chances of survival of bacteria over the brush and you getting infected from that is almost nil.
Anyways you have started the antibiotics, complete the course. No need to worry.

If you have any doubt you are welcome

Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks again for writing
Yes it is possible to get a false negative from a urine test for chlamydia.
ie in urine microscopy and in urine culture test.
For the proper diagnosis you have give the vaginal secretion/vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity. This is more specific.
