Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
A person infected with Chicken pox is infectious to others till the blisters are present. If you still have blisters irrespective of the duration of disease, you may spread it to others via droplet infection. In normal scenario, new blisters emerge till 4-5 days, afterwards the blisters start resolving with crust formation.
In few with immunocompromised state due to any reason , the course of disease may be prolonged. So, i will advise you to have protection from infected person if there are fresh lesions and all the blisters have not got crust over them.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
