Brief Answer:
Get MRI scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have got the query.

If you are a sportsman you should not ignore all this.

In my opinion you should get MRI scan of shoulder joint done and send me the report.

I also advise you to visit orthopedic surgeon who will, after doing your physical examination of shoulder and seeing your MRI scan, if needed may advise you diagnostic arthroscopy and repair the muscle or debride the tissue.

Till then avoid weightlifting etc.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,
