Brief Answer:
Expect it to heal in about 4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have read your question and I have understood it.
I have not recieved any image.
After fractional CO 2 Laser it takes about 5-7 days i.e 1 week for the skin to re-epithelialize and then another 2-3 weeks for erythema to subside.
Regards

Brief Answer:
It should be fine by another week
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
I think things should be fine by your day of engagement.
Looking at the picture I can make out that you probably had just single pass of laser, with no overlapping and therefore recovery would be faster in your case, though you may have a slight pinkish skin for a few days.
You should use a sunscreen, thorughout the day to prevent any chances of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Brief Answer:
Your skin is healing well; Use a sunscreen regularly
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
Your skin is healing well. I can see scabs are forming over lasered skin, at points of laser entry. They should fall off in another 3-4 days revealing a slightly pinkish skin. Since this pinkish skin would be prone to pigmentation (hyperpigmentation is a common complication after resurfacing laser), therefore I suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen spf 30 or 50, throughout the day and avoid sun. Reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hours, especially when outdoors.
